In this dining space, the design was guided by a desire to celebrate the home’s existing architectural character while introducing a sense of refined warmth. Ornate ceiling detailing and classic wall panelling were carefully preserved and enhanced through a soft, neutral palette that allows the craftsmanship to take centre stage. Floor-to-ceiling sheers were selected to filter natural light gently into the room, creating an atmosphere that feels bright, calm, and effortlessly elegant.

Curated Contrast Through Furniture and Finishes

A richly coloured dining table was intentionally chosen to bring depth and contrast to the otherwise light surroundings, grounding the space and adding visual interest. Dining chairs were selected with a mix of upholstered tones and patterned backs, introducing character and individuality while maintaining a cohesive overall look. A crystal chandelier was positioned above the dining table to add a touch of timeless glamour, casting a warm, flattering light that enhances both the furniture and architectural details.
